Metrolink

Metrolink is a commuter rail system serving Los Angeles and the surrounding area of Southern California; it currently consists of six lines and 55 stations. The system operates in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Ventura County. It connects with the Metro Rail system which serves Los Angeles County, with the San Diego Coaster and Sprinter commuter rail services which serves San Diego County and with Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner, Coast Starlight, Southwest Chief and Sunset Limited intercity rail services. Student Metrolink tickets can be purchased through the vending machines at each station with a 10% discount. Please present a valid student ID to the fare inspector upon request. After the use of a monthly or two 10-trip passes, students can get a $20.00 A LA DINING CARDS when they present their CSUN ID and surrender the used pass(es).

Antelope Valley Transit Authority

Antelope Valley Transit Authority is the transit agency serving the cities of Palmdale, Lancaster and Northern Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley Transit Authority is operated under contract by Veolia Transportation, and is affiliated and offers connecting services with Metro and Metrolink.
