A.S. Info Screen Information

 

The A.S. Info Screens are available for all CSUN departments, offices and student club/organizations. Some restrictions due apply. To have your slides on the info screens, please send artwork/text to

infoscreens@csunas.org.

Artwork Requirements:
Landscape format ONLY (4:3 ration, 800x600 preferred, 1280x768 accepted).
JPEG (72 - 150DPI),
.eps, .psd, .ai accepted (fonts must be outlined)
PDF's accepted
MS Publisher files NOT accepted but MS word/Powerpoint ok
Text only slides need to be sent via email or as MS Word file

Please note: keep your artwork clean and your fonts big and bold. Small text will not look right on the screens so please make sure you only provide pertinent information. Stay away from bold/loud colors. NO BRIGHT (RED, YELLOW, ETC...) BACKGROUNDS. Any other size may be cropped. You may split ads to 2 -3 screens.

Special Announcements
Thank you, congratulation, etc. Announcements

Restrictions:
Each entity is limited to 3 screens at one time.
Ads' content will be approved by the A.S. before posting.
Editing of the ad will only be done with consent.
All ads must come with start and end date. Those without ends dates will be taken off after event.
For ongoing ads, removal will be at the end of the semester in which the ad was placed.
It will take one week for your slides to be displayed. Please plan accordingly.

A.S. Notes

 

To get your event and/or announcements placed in the Sundial for FREE in the A.S. Notes, an email with the following info must be sent to asnotes@csunas.org:

- Name of Organization
- Name of Event/Announcement
- Date/Time/Location
- Brief description
- Artwork (if any)
- Dates ads are to run (must be Tues and Wed ONLY)

 

Space is limited and 2 weeks advance notice is required. For questions, call 677-4236.
