Advocacy Team
The Advocacy Team functions as a team of campus organizers that work to educate students about legislative and administrative issues that affect them and encourages them to use organized shows of force and possibly civil disobedience to effect positive changes on campus and throughout the State of California. Their activities include the Voter Education, Registration and Mobilization Campaign and meeting with elected official both around Northridge and in Sacramento.
Elections Committee
The Elections Committee is the body charged with facilitating the Associated Students elections. They put great emphasis on remaining impartial and running elections that are inclusive and fair. Senate Elections occur once a semester and the Presidential Election occurs annually in the spring.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee makes recommendations to the Associated Students Senate concerning requests for funding. Funding requests come from student organizations and from Associated Students Departments. The committee also prepares the Associated Students Annual Budget.
Judicial Court
The Judicial Court acts as the Associated Students’ Judiciary. They review the constitutions for student organizations looking to become chartered and also make interpretations of the Associated Students Constitution and other policies when necessary.

Student Productions and Campus Entertainment, commonly known as Space, is the programming board of the Associated Students. They plan and implement events for students ranging from musical to comedy and lectures. They are also in charge of planning and running The Big Show, CSUN’s annual major headliner concert.
