Associated Students can provide funding for special projects, events, conference travel, etc…(restrictions apply).

Please Review the Budget Language for the funding request procedures.

To apply for funding, you will need to follow these simple steps. Remember you need to plan 4 weeks in advance.

1) Pick up application at A.S. office or online. Fill it in. Signed it, have your advisor sign it and have an A.S. senator sign it. Attach any supporting documents you want.

2) Bring the original plus 19 stapled, hole-punched copies to the A.S. office (deadline is every Wednesday at noon).

3) Attend the Finance Committee meeting to review your budget. Finance committee will contact you as to when you will need to present your budget (usually the following Monday at 1 p.m.)

4) You may attend the Senate Meeting the next Friday to find out if you receive the funding (usually Grand Salon at 9 a.m.)
