The A.S. Finance Committee is comprised of: 8 student representatives from all 8 Colleges, Director of Finance, Senate Representative, 3 Advisors andGeneral Manager.
They are here to analyze all budget requests & give detailed analysis of each request to the A.S. Senate. They meet every Monday at 2pm in the A.S. Office. Anyone is welcomed to attend the meetings. The Associated Students Accounting and Financial Services play a big role for not only the Associated Students, but for CSUN students, especially for clubs and organizations. A.S. Accounting and Financial Services offer services that may be unseen to many, but presents much assistance.
A.S. Accounting and Financial Services work with CSUN clubs and organizations by handling accounts, budgeting accounts, allocation processing when money is approved by the senate, invoicing and reviewing all paperwork. A representative from A.S. Accounting and Financial Services is always in attendance of the finance committee meetings every Monday; the representative can answer any questions.
Individual counseling services and workshops are available for student groups to be informed on how to use and manage accounts. A.S. Accounting also offers an agency account, which gives access to almost all campus services including, parking, security, Quickcopies, Plaza del Sol and more. For more on A.S.
